Questions
What happens if I reach a limit during an event?
Your event keeps running. Uploads and publishing continue. You choose in advance whether extra face processing is added automatically, up to a spending cap, or pauses until you decide.
What counts as a face-processed photo?
A photo in an album with face grouping turned on. Albums with faces off do not count, and annual plans pool the allowance across the year.
How long does selfie search work?
For 60 days by default, and you can extend it. Afterwards the gallery stays online, and face data is deleted.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Cards and regional methods through Tap Payments. Availability depends on your country.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You keep access until your paid period ends, and you have 30 days to export everything.
